With the “Premium Package”, our clients receive the attention they deserve. This package is purpose-built for the conducting of extensive and thorough investigations on the companies involved in the case, as well as rudimentary investigations of third-party companies, individuals, and organizations. In other words, we conduct more specialized research.
The initial step in the processing of a priority case is the proper assembly and gathering of all necessary evidence pertaining to the case, in addition to all that the client can provide on his end. Based on the collected evidence, an assessment is made that determines where and how we can make the first move.
Once the agreement is signed, the list of the documentation required by the agent must be sent in a period no longer than 30 calendar days. Additionally, should the compliance team find that some aspects of the information provided by the client are insufficient, further documents/evidence may be required.
After the evidence is collected, we thoroughly analyze the incident to determine how the fraud/misconduct took place, the modus operandi of the suspects, and the most relevant information on them that we can find. We then proceed with an extensive investigation of the companies and individuals involved. We analyze the suspects’ websites (up to two companies/fraudsters are investigated in this package), the companies’ information, and any incongruences/discrepancies in the provided information. Our investigation also includes potential third parties in the case that could be involved in varying ways. Our findings are then communicated to the client. Upon request, the necessary reports can be obtained, but the purchasing of business information or reports is not included in this package. As such, all expenses incurred must be paid by the client.
When the evidence analysis is complete, we proceed with the formation and design of the strategic plan and include the details in the “Premium Package” case report that is delivered within 4 business days. This timeframe is initiated when the client is notified that the evidence is sufficient to proceed with his case, and not before. The client’s approval of the strategic plan and the information is necessary in order to begin drafting the agreed-upon applications and documents that will be sent to the relevant institutions. Six applications are included as part of the “Premium Package”, and it will take up to 5 days waiting time for their completion and delivery. The possibility of a delay exists, depending on the workload.
Under the “Premium Package” program, we provide our customers with the following:

- Opposing party/suspect’s websites analysis.
- Priority evidence analysis.
- Deep main company investigation, investigation on two companies is included.
- Broad research of third parties involved.
- 225 minutes of specialized phone support and consultation.
- Processing of the case, drafting of the strategic plan, and sending of the Premium Case report in 4 business days.
- Dispute settlement letters. Six applications to financial institutions / organizations / governmental institutions are included.
- Priority in making and sending documents.
Our account managers are available through prior appointments with the purpose of solving the doubts of our clients, attend to urgent matters, provide the necessary information as well as responding to their inquiries. Generally, we do not deviate from the outlined strategic plan, however, it is subject to flexibility and is contingent on the responses of the other parties involved in the case.
