Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious and easy-going Marketing Specialist who has a passion for his/her craft, to be a part of our T&H Consulting Team.

What You Will Learn And Contribute To

As part of our team, you will manage most of our marketing channels, create content and carry out responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Administrative support the implementation of marketing-related tasks
  • Creating content strategies
  • Content Planning
  • Preparation of marketing materials using different programs (Canva, Envato, and other..)
  • Content writing (4 articles a week), Case study writing
  • Cooperate with the team
  • Manage social media (Facebook, Twitter (2 accounts), Instagram (2 accounts), LinkedIn)
  • Preparation of marketing reports and presentations
  • Setting up email campaigns, cold outreach campaigns
  • Create online and offline marketing content, as requested

Your Skills And Experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication

  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study is preferable

Customer Support Specialist

What You Will Learn And Contribute To

As part of our team, you will manage the corresponding inquiries of our clients and carry out responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Management of general email boxes
  • Entering, modifying, following up with leads (Livechat, website, emails, missed calls)
  • Reviews Management
  • Answering and coordinating customer enquiries, inform relevant departments and specialists
  • Calling unanswered calls and new leads and doing KYC
  • Coordinating with the relevant departments to obtain accurate information
  • Managing customer complaints and claims
  • Ensuring reliable and accurate documentation of customer enquiries in the CRM, and ensuring service documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintaining high-quality relationships with all partners (external/internal)

Compliance Assistant

What You Will Learn And Contribute To

As part of our team, you will manage the corresponding inquiries of our clients, create documentation, correspondence and reports on client’s cases, and carry out responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Support T&H Consulting Team in providing an integrated suite of services to our clients (includes if needed communication with clients through the email)
  • Sort out documentation received from the client, evaluate it, request additional information if needed
  • Process clients cases daily and control all the incoming and outgoing documents (letters to the banks, companies, preparing the reports according to the information received)
  • Perform case reports, correspondence with government and non-government authorities
  • Manages deadlines and adapt to changing priorities as they arise
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
  • Assists and take part in various internal initiatives (digitization, company specialization, value creation)
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in systems
  • Work with team to ensure that clients inquiries are followed and the process is started in the right way
  • Coordinate and work on multiple, concurrent client projects and complete assignments with minimal supervision
  • Ensure that tasks are on track and expectations are completed on time
  • Implement new documentation forms for more efficient work in the team and with clients.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Compliance Team Leader

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Law is preferable
  • Previous experience working in financial/banking services, or law-related background highly preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; must have good phone presence
  • Attentive to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize; able to effectively resolve issues and conflicts independently
  • Must be highly organized, proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic with a heart for service

  • Provide technical advice and conduct investigations of complex, technical and highly discreet investigations as they pertain to cryptocurrencies
  • Provide consultations and prepare the correspondence for your assigned customers and provide training and guidance to other investigators and specialists.
  • Conduct in-depth summaries of data from extensive research and analysis to set forth recommendations for the client.
  • Review information sent to us by the client, prepare the report on the evidence provided and conduct an investigation.
  • Use company’s blockchain Investigation softwares, for generating comprehensive reports for customers and authorities
  • Investigate customers cases and if required prepare documentation for law enforcement.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Prior experience in finance, crypto, blockchain, law enforcement or equivalent forensic experience or technical analysis (preferred, not required)

Legal Counsel

The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, respond to clients complaints, and participating in negotiation discussions. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house team and outside counsels on a variety of legal matters.

Responsibilities

  • The employee will be responsible for the management of all legal matters related to our company and will provide support to Compliance team members for general legal services throughout other jurisdictions;
  • The role requires good organizational, analytical, communication and people skills;
  • Draft letters and documents for our clients, which are related to disputes and financial ombudsman applications;
  • Perform all necessary activities for drafting, preparing, registering and updating of corporate documents, as needed;
  • Review from legal perspective and draft, as needed, documents related to the company’s activity, respectively related to the activity of T&H Consulting (including, but not limited to employment related matters, contracting, policies, disputes & litigation);
  • Analyze relevant legislation and advise on the impact on the company;
  • Draft and review internal legal and compliance related policies;
  • Attend all meetings and calls, as instructed by the supervisor;
  • Manage the relationship with external law firms where appropriate;
  • Provide support to other members of the team in legal and regulatory compliance areas;
  • Perform certain administrative tasks, like performing the necessary procedures for immigration processes for employees, for execution of documents, for organizing meetings with public notaries and/or translators and others, as needed;
  • Maintain the databases and the archives updated and perform reporting activities;

Other Responsibilities

  • Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;
  • Provide training to other groups on legal and compliance issues (e.g. data privacy);
  • Update the working procedures periodically;
  • Propose measures to improve and streamline the activity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Law University graduate, preferably postgraduate studies in English
  • Qualification to provide legal services in Hungary and/or other European jurisdiction;
  • Experience (in-house/authorities/private law firm) in the field of employment law, vendor contracting, commercial law, regulatory compliance (including data protection), general compliance, corporate law and litigation;
  • Ability to manage employment, contracting, commercial, compliance and corporate related matters.

Preferred Qualifications/ Desired Characteristics

  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to handle client on one-to-one basis, via e-mails and calls;
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously, in an efficient manner, in a fast-paced environment;
  • Organizing skills and capacity to manage projects remotely (e.g. via e-mails, calls etc.);
  • Attentive to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize; able to effectively resolve issues and conflicts independently;
